Your privacy is important to us. It is Eventfeed's policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you through our app, Eventfeed.

We only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we’re collecting it and how it will be used.

We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. What data we store, we’ll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.

We don’t share any personally identifying information publicly or with third-parties, except when required to by law.

Our app may link to external sites that are not operated by us. Please be aware that we have no control over the content and practices of these sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy policies.

You are free to refuse our request for your personal information, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with some of your desired services.

Terms of Service



1. Terms

By accessing our app, Eventfeed, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing Eventfeed. The materials contained in Eventfeed are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.



2. Use License

  1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of Eventfeed per device for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

    1. modify or copy the materials;

    2. use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);

    3. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in Eventfeed;

    4. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or

    5. transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

  2. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Eventfeed at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.



3. Types of Content

There are three types of content that you will be able to access on the App:

  1. content that you upload and provide ("Your Content");

  2. content that members provide ("Member Content"); and

  3. content that the Eventfeed provides ("Our Content").

There is certain content we can't allow on Eventfeed

We want our users to be able express themselves as much as possible and post all sorts of things on Eventfeed, but we have to impose restrictions on certain content which:

  • contains language or imagery which could be deemed offensive or is likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person;

  • is obscene, pornographic, violent or otherwise may offend human dignity;

  • is abusive, insulting or threatening, discriminatory or which promotes or encourages racism, sexism, hatred or bigotry;

  • encourages any illegal activity including, without limitation, terrorism, inciting racial hatred or the submission of which in itself constitutes committing a criminal offence;

  • is defamatory or libellous;

  • relates to commercial activities (including, without limitation, sales, competitions and advertising, links to other websites or premium line telephone numbers);

  • involves the transmission of "junk" mail or "spam";

  • contains any spy ware, adware, viruses, corrupt files, worm programmes or other malicious code designed to interrupt, damage or limit the functionality of or disrupt any software, hardware, telecommunications, networks, servers or other equipment, Trojan horse or any other material designed to damage, interfere with, wrongly intercept or expropriate any data or personal information whether from Bumble or otherwise;

  • itself, or the posting of which, infringes any third party's rights (including, without limitation, intellectual property rights and privacy rights);

  • shows another person which was created or distributed without that person’s consent.

Eventfeed operates a zero-tolerance policy for this kind of content.



4. Disclaimer

  1. The materials within Eventfeed are provided on an 'as is' basis. Eventfeed makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

  2. Further, Eventfeed does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to Eventfeed.



5. Limitations

In no event shall Eventfeed or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Eventfeed, even if Eventfeed or a Eventfeed authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.



6. Accuracy of materials

The materials appearing in Eventfeed could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Eventfeed does not warrant that any of the materials on Eventfeed are accurate, complete or current. Eventfeed may make changes to the materials contained in Eventfeed at any time without notice. However Eventfeed does not make any commitment to update the materials.



7. Links

Eventfeed has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its app and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Eventfeed of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.



8. Modifications

Eventfeed may revise these terms of service for its app at any time without notice. By using Eventfeed you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.



9. Governing Law

Your access to the App, Our Content, and any Member Content, as well as these Terms are governed and interpreted by the laws of the State of Utah, other than such laws, rules, regulations and case law that would result in the application of the laws of a jurisdiction other than the State of Utah. By using the App, you are consenting to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States and the State of Utah. You agree that such courts shall have in personam jurisdiction and venue and waive any objection based on inconvenient forum. You agree that you will not file or participate in a class action against us. In the event there is a discrepancy between this English language version and any translated copies of the Terms, the English version shall prevail.

The Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you as user (“you”) and Eventfeed (“we” or “us”).
